Rick Uritus: Senior Consultant: Rick brings over thirty years of experience in business with large and small organizations to his roles as consultant, manager, trainer, coach and facilitator. As an internal and external consultant he has worked with clients in all aspects of organization and leadership development, including self-awareness training, individual and team coaching, organizational assessment, talent management, change management, organizational training and program development and facilitation, management skill training, and sales training.

Rick is passionate about the potential within all people and organizations to perform more effectively. He creates a collaborative environment and a personal connection with his clients to help organizations develop their capacity to produce meaningful, measurable and sustainable results. This serves as a foundation to his consulting style and helps keep his client organizations focused on dealing with the people-side of change. He enjoys challenging future leaders to become authentic leaders by presenting relevant, meaningful leadership dilemmas, and guiding leaders through them by way of innovative, diverse, and inspired thinking.

Rick is a life long learner. His education and post-graduate work at Georgetown University (Organization Development Certificate Program), University of Dayton (M.S. in Guidance and Counseling), and Gannon University (B.S. in Social Science), have all been foundational to his approach and philosophy as a consultant.

Rick and his wife of 36 years, Julie, reside in Virginia but retain a “Midwestern spirit” having both been raised in Ohio and having spent nearly twenty years in Chicago. They are the proud parents of three adult children and are celebrating the recent addition of their first grandson. Rick has served on education boards, youth programs, and various church and community organizations. He looks forward not only to playing with and teaching his new grandson, but learning from him as well!
