Individual Coaching - we coach leaders in the following contexts:
- New leaders or those in transition: for newly appointed leaders to support them as they assume greater spans of control, engage greater complexity and take on new roles
- High potential leaders: who have been identified as the leaders of the future and are being groomed for executive roles

Coaching Programs
